Shipping policy

 

☻ Due to the precarious nature of shipping live plants, we do not accept returns. So please carefully read the product descriptions and examine all product pictures before making a purchase.

☻ winter weather shipping: If daytime temperatures are below 40F, I recommend adding a heat pack to your order.  Heat packs can be found listed separately in the shop.  If your daytime temps are below 30 degrees Fahrenheit, I recommend holding off on ordering plants until your temps warm up again.  Please be aware of your extended forecast for cold and snow.  Shipping delays can be expected during this time and it is very hard on the plants.

☻ Order fulfillment turnaround is currently up to, but not exceeding, 7 business days.  We only ship within the USA, via USPS Priority mail.  Sorry, we do NOT ship live plants to Hawaii.  Live Plants ship on Mondays and Fridays only.  If you place an order on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, your order will ship on Thursday or Friday.  If you place an order on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, your order will ship on Monday (unless it's a holiday, in which case it will ship the next business day).  No exceptions.  We do not hold plant orders to combine with any future purchases.
